How do I earn points?

Log into your account before you place an order and you will automatically earn points once we receive payment for your order.

What are the points worth?

The more you spend, the more discounts you get.

For every dollar you spend, you’ll earn 1 point. 100 points = $1 in savings.

How do I redeem my points?

To redeem your points, log into your account, and at the top of the check out page, you’ll see an option to “Apply Discount”. Simply enter the number of points you want to redeem on that order, and click the Apply Discount button to save instantly!

To know how many points to enter, multiply the dollar amount by 100. For example, if you wan’t to redeem $5 worth of points, enter “500”.

How many points do I have?

To see how many points you have, log into your account and go to My Account > Points. You’ll see the total amount of points you have and a history of where they came from.

I didn’t receive points for my order and I have an account

If you happened to place the order using Guest checkout (you weren’t logged into your account at the time), then you won’t automatically receive the points. Please reach out to our support team so we can manually credit you the points. To check if you’re logged in before placing an order, go to the My Account tab.

Are there other ways to earn points?

Definitely! For every product you have ordered, you can leave an honest review on the product page and you will be given 100 points. Your feedback is important to us and we appreciate the time you spend to let us know about your experience.
